At Coastalwillow, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. The information below provides estimated processing and delivery times, but please note that all timeframes are guidelines and not guaranteed.

Order Processing Times

Before your order is shipped, it will go through our processing stage:

  • Personalised and engraved products: 2–3 working days

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered using Royal Mail or DPD.

UK Deliveries

  • Royal Mail: Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch
  • DPD: Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch

Ireland Deliveries

  • DPD Ireland: Delivery times may vary by location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

  • Coastalwillow is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high demand.
